Friend of mine is a coatsguard volunteer and is very pissed off with these new rules. Example: when they receive an emergency call about, typically some idiot stuck half way down a cliff, they have to check all the type pressures and lights on their vehicle then check the oil before moving off.
The world is ruled by cunts!
Likewise, I met a hospital based Dr. who is sometimes required to make a field visit using his own car, before he sets off he must fill in a form confirming that his insurance and MOT are in order and " he has to check all the type pressures and lights on their vehicle then check the oil before moving off ".
