Do You Believe What You Read In The Papers?

Check out how different versions of this story appear in the main dead tree press.

With everyone in government from the Prime Mentalist down lying to us, who on earth can one believe?

I don't know what bothers me more - the variations in the story, or that "there were understood to be some environmental health issues involved in telling staff to eat the burgers."

The Shit Creek Paddle Stores must have closed down a long time ago....

I read the Telegraph article in the paper and it seemed plausible enough. Dunno whether the Mails expanded version is truer or not but "millionaire businessman Damon Buffini" seems like a canny chap who would not risk a lawsuit by " forcing staff to eat two day old burgers".

Sounds a lot less aggravation than teambuilding bonding weekends on some rainy Wesh mountainside though.
