Hardly surprising in a Home Office so badly run that they can't even find a serial leaker without the assistance of Inspector Knackered, but it seems that the staff are backing up the complaining neighbours rather than the Fat Lodger.
Maybe they're hoping for someone competent instead.
Sadly, there seems to be very few contenders available this side of a General Election.
