Another Hypocrite Taking The Piss While Troughing

Derek Simpson is making the most of his time at he trough. Not only has he wangled the "life time plus his wife's life time" free use of a 4 bedroom detached house in Berkhamsted on top of his not inconsiderable salary, a chauffeur-drived car, and around £24,000 in contributions to his pension pot, but he often finds it necessary to stay at a five star London hotel rather than catch the train or be driven home. The train journey is 35 minutes and the last week day train leaves at 1.34 am.

His King Hilton suite at the Waldorf costs his Union £399 a night.

Asked to justify this expense, which is more than many of his union members earn in a week, the spokesweasel came up with this classic bollocks.

"Mr Simpson did stay at the Waldorf Hilton hotel on the nights mentioned as this was operationally appropriate for his commitments at the time.

He is the joint leader of a multi-million-pound organisation, in which capacity he represents our members in dealings with employers of all sizes, including leaders of global companies as well as government.

It would be undermining to his ability to deliver for those members if the union prioritised cheapness of accommodation above appropriate facilities and location as necessary for the particular event."

Many years ago I was in the Boilermakers union dear leader Danny McGarvey, headquarters in Newcastle on Tyne we read that he hired a Rolls Royce to take him from London back to his office as we were paying for this cunt we sent an enquiry why a Roller? Answer came back it was the only car available at the time yeah right in London. So shut the fuck up and keep paying those union dues. Not to mention Lord Hughie Scanlon from broad left to ermine scum all of them.

My union has just negotiated an eighteen percent wage cut.
They did this in order that lowly-paid - and often female - minor clerical and manual staff should have more money. So someone has to come down. In this case it's Mrs Northwester and me.

Apparently the unions picked a job assessment regime that put benefits fraud investigators who interrogate major fraudsters, and who stake their homes out in broken-needle and burnt-out-car territory, in the same classification as semi-skilled filing clerks who are on their way to better jobs.

Now I know that watering at the public trough as I do I should expect little or no sympathy from most of my fellow conservatives or libertarians, and quite right too (I'd be happy if a Tory or National government had said 'We're cutting your wages to save taxpayers' money: you're damned secure in your cosy offices in ways many taxpayers aren't so shut up and take it' - that would be for something worthwhile), but what this means to the aforementioned taxpayers is that the unions have put highly-skilled and occasionally conscientious administrators of tax (your) money on a wage parity with the very sweet girls who photocopy doleys' bank statements.

There is a hierarchy of graft, and the People Who Matter have just spoken at my work. And the unions led this.

Utter gut-crumpets, the lot of them.

So their offices are by defenition cheap. I suppose they need to be to fund this cretin's lifestyle and pension!

Oldrightie I think that we are almost on the same wavelength here.
"It would be undermining to ( ? ) his ability to deliver for those members if the union prioritised cheapness ".
The Righteouspeak would never include " cheap " so that's him off to the Gulag for starters.

You really are a shower of shite aren't you Mr Simpson. When James Ramsay MacDonald was Prime Minister he took the train to Stanmore and then walked home to save money. Do you honestly ever imagine in your wildest of wildest dreams you are a better man than he? I suggest you think on that and take stock of how venal you are. I depsise you and everyone in the ruined labour movement that you so happily take he piss out of.
