Unfortunately I don't get here quite as regularly as I should, but is this the first time she's been Hoon of the day? Surely she should be a weekly occurence, saved only by the fact that her pronouncements are generally ignored (the main reason this hoon ever made foreign secretary - I didn't think the office could be reduced any further and then millipede was appointed)
