Beyond A Joke

I know Guido was there first, but this is worth repeating and from a slightly different perspective.

How can the Home Secretary, supposedly responsible for The Police, Immigration, and the ID cards project, be taken seriously when she is the subject of derision and ridicule?

Not only compromising her own position, but that of the Prime Mentalist, who becomes a joke for supporting the indefensible.

Surely if she was really loyal to Gorgon, or even to the NuLiebore Party, she'd do the decent thing and resign?

So fuck all chance of that, then.
