Opps, that's a bad question acording to the Telegraph which quoted something similar as an 'outrageous' comment on Guidos blog.
Am I surprised, am I fuck. The education system excludes many who would be very good teachers. Very capable people whose views dont reflect those of their prospective employers, but whose abilities and qualifications far exceed the criteria.
