The deal for a Malaysian company to buy LDV collapsed after the Malaysians drove one of the dreadful LDV vans.
"No way!" said a Weststar spokesman. "Those fucking vans are a heap of shit. We'd rather buy Iveco or Mercedes, same as anyone else!"

Three or four years ago, I took one to Zurich and back.
What a heap of shit. Fuel consumption like Dean Martin at a free bar. Road handling like a Chieftain tank without tracks.
