She hasn't got any hair to straighten. It's a product used by women with long, curly or frizzy hair normally but £100 is alot of money.
Did she think it was going to improve her looks? Duh...
We should thank our lucky stars she hasn't looked in a mirror. Plastic surgery costs a hell of a lot, but your brown paper bag suggestion is just too good.
