Is anyone at all surprised that the latest supposed independent investigation or enquiry into some monumental government fuck-up concludes that there was no one to blame in the circumstances and that lessons have been learned?
It's the same every time. Why do they even bother going through the motions?

Limited resources? maybe if they stopped wasting time stopping and searching 180,000 average citizens with a resulting zero in anti-terrorism arrests.
What a bloody farce!
It is a complete farce, and sadly true that police officers have to stop mostly non-muslim people when looking for islamic terrorists.
I know this to be true because of the time i spent in my police training. Why waste time and resources on pointless tasks? But, that seems to be the labour party's speciality.
Why do they even bother going through the motions? Because this government of the damned have to be seen to be doing something. Do not forget they "hit the ground running in '97." At least they will crawl away soon(ish)
I'm worried about my sanity because right now, I would have no hesitation in murdering Gordon Brown and his entire cabinet. Someone only need give me a machine gun and access. After shooting them all, I can then suggest that the country should call an election for obvious fucking reasons!
Since 7/7 the 'security forces'(sic) seem to be concentrating their efforts on groups of young Muslim males.
This is blatant racism and I think Harriet Harperson should draught some new Equality legislation that will allow Helena Kennedy and Michael Mansfield to challenge this disgusting racism - as well as make a small fortune in legal fees, paid for by the dumb fucking mugs who the Pakis were trying to blow up in the first place...
