Actually, Pengurs, I think we may well have cause to thank Gordon a year or two from now. Why? Because the smart money is betting on the collapse of the Euro. If this happens (looks like an odds-on certainty to me) then there will be an exodus of funds from the Euro into other major currencies. If Gordon hadn't been ruining Britain for the last 12 years, much of that capital flight would have come to Sterling, making it impossibly strong to live with. Thanks to Gordo, however, although it is likely that Sterling will be somewhat bouyed by the demise of the Euro, this rise won't be calamitous. This obnoxious, one-eyed cunt does have some use.
I couldn't thank Gordon for anything ever! IF we survive this financial ruin if will simply be because this twat hasn't yet managed to cripple it.
But as some of the commentators mentioned on Radalls page, "Where are the Tories"?
