Another troughing pig is leaving the sinking ship.
Shame he's not going immediately.
I do wonder whether his heart attack was brought on by excessive high living at our expense or by the shock of being exposed over fiddling his expenses. Either way, I sincerely hope he doesn't enjoy his pension for very long.

Ah yes, I recognise the bearded mug of Paddy "tipping our money in to his pockets" Tipping.
Sadly he will not be visited by Big Len on C wing or playing that game of dodge the soap in the prison shower block.
I covered this wanker a few days ago, but nice to see him mocked again.
If he were an "ordinary" person, fiddling £14,000 from the state would be imprisonable.
