Locking up General Ali Dizaei in solitary confinement (for his own safety) is the obvious solution if you wanted him to enjoy a long life.
Allowing him (and his fellow inmates) to roam free within the walls of a category C prison is much more dangerous. Sounds to me like the powers-that-be want him put into harms way?
Considering the stories that the Iranian General and former police officer is on first name terms with the Iranian Embassy's doorman, I wouldn't be surprised if he suddenly comes down with a bad case of the David Kellys.
