Hoon Of The Day
Rogerstone Community Council Chairman Councillor Andrew Cooksey.
What a cunt. No doubt he has a fucking massive garden, paid for by the taxpayer, full of flowers. When he dies, he should have vegetables sent to his funeral.
"Rogerstone" - the worse news from that part of Wales is that they appear to have run out of sheep.
