It makes me wonder what the CPS recruitment policy is? Or do they hire lawyers and then have their brains removed?

Every day there's some dire report of the wankers making completely fuckwit decisions, such as releasing some wife-beater who goes on to murder his wife.

Or, as in this case, pursuing a prosecution against some bereaved bloke for daring to complain to the police that they could have saved his son if they'd taken their fingers out of their arses.

I hope he wins his case, shame that the damages will be stolen from the taxpayer rather than taken out of the vast pension pots of the chief cuntstables.
