On "Today" this morning, the BBC helped this Hoon's spinning efforts by concentrating on the "premature release of statistics" aspect rather than the statistics themselves. Perhaps, RP, you could consider creating a "Corporate Hoon" of the Day/Week/Month/Year.

Although putting the tone of Phil Woolas' rantings togther with the heavy-handed treatment of Damien Green, I do wonder if there's a huge immigration scandal that they're trying to keep under wraps.
